Discovery & solution design
A paid or free scoping sprint that maps the workflow, the data and the exceptions before a single screen is designed.

Built around your workflow · Issue #07
Off-the-shelf software forces your business into someone else's process. We build the other option: platforms shaped around your workflow, integrated with the tools you already run, and owned entirely by you.
We usually reply within one business day. No obligation, no sales sequence.
At a glance
Custom software earns its cost when a process is genuinely yours: a pricing model no SaaS supports, a dispatch flow with your own rules, a client portal that has to match how your contracts work. If a good product already does 90% of the job, we will say so and save you the build.
When a build does make sense, we start with the workflow rather than the screens. A short discovery phase maps who does what, where the data comes from and which exception breaks the current spreadsheet. Only then do we agree on scope, price and timeline.
We are based in Pune and work with clients across India and in 10+ countries. Delivery is weekly demos, a shared board and working software from the second or third week — not a six-month silence followed by a reveal.
Every engagement is scoped to your situation, but this is the shape most of them take.
A paid or free scoping sprint that maps the workflow, the data and the exceptions before a single screen is designed.
Sales pipelines, service desks, approvals and reporting built around your team's actual day, not a generic demo dataset.
Authenticated spaces where customers track orders, raise tickets, upload documents or see their own dashboards.
Tally, ERP, payment gateways, WhatsApp, email, maps and legacy databases connected with retries and logging rather than fragile scripts.
A staged path off ageing PHP, Java or Access systems, keeping the business running while the risky parts are replaced.
A named squad embedded with your team for products that keep evolving after the first release.
The difference
Because the cheapest quote is usually an estimate of the easy version. These are the things we do that make the second year cheaper than the first.
A feature request is a proposed solution. We ask what problem it solves, and sometimes the honest answer is a process change instead of a module.
Deliverables, assumptions and exclusions are agreed in writing. You are never billed for our own estimation misses.
Readable code, migrations, environment documentation and a runbook. If you hire an in-house team later, they can take over without archaeology.
Accessibility, performance, security and testing are part of the definition of done — not extras you discover you needed after launch.
Real products with real screenshots, the challenge, the stack and the outcome.
A custom transport platform that replaced spreadsheets and phone calls with live fleet tracking, calendar-based load scheduling and automatic driver updates.
An all-in-one CRM and ERP for real-estate teams: properties, leads, appointments, attendance, payroll and WhatsApp updates, on web and mobile.
A retrieval-augmented proposal generator that drafts tailored RFP responses from a company's own past proposals and client requirements.
The things clients ask us most often at this stage. If yours is not here, email and we will answer personally.
A focused internal tool usually starts around USD 5,000. Multi-module platforms with roles, integrations and reporting typically land between USD 10,000 and USD 40,000. Large ERP or marketplace builds go higher. We quote fixed scope after discovery.
Six to sixteen weeks for most platforms. The single biggest variable is decision speed on your side — approval rounds and data access delay projects far more often than coding does.
If an existing product covers 80–90% of your process at a sane price, buy it and adapt your process. Custom makes sense when the workflow is a competitive advantage, the integrations are unusual, or per-user licensing becomes more expensive than building.
You do, on final payment. The repository, cloud accounts and third-party services are in your name. We retain no licence over your business logic.
Yes. We can lead the build with your team contributing, or take a defined slice such as the API or the mobile app. We follow your Git workflow and code review process.
You can take it in-house with full documentation, or keep us on a monthly care plan covering monitoring, updates, fixes and a block of feature hours.
Tell us what you want to build. We will reply within one business day with honest advice and a clear next step — no pressure, no jargon.
