We are based in Pune, Maharashtra and work as a service-area business, so client meetings are scheduled rather than walk-in. Calls and screen shares cover most of the process; for larger engagements we are happy to meet at your office in Pune or Mumbai.
A focused website starts around USD 1,000–2,500. A custom web application typically runs USD 5,000–25,000, and SaaS or multi-platform products USD 10,000+. Quotes are fixed-scope after a free discovery call, with the assumptions written down.
Usually within one to two weeks. Smaller builds can often start the same week. We keep the number of concurrent projects deliberately low, so starting sooner sometimes means waiting for a slot rather than rushing a kickoff.
Yes. For pre-revenue founders we often start with a paid discovery sprint to cut the idea down to one workflow worth building, then a narrow MVP. It is cheaper than building the full vision first.
Yes, before any detailed discussion if you prefer. We can use your template or provide ours. Intellectual property in the delivered work transfers to you on payment, as set out in the contract.
Yes. We invoice as Oysty India OPC Pvt Ltd with GST as applicable, in INR for domestic clients and USD for international clients. Bank transfer, UPI and card payments are supported.
